You should know...
The school uses Performance Based Assessment instead of Regents Exams. This requires teachers to develop curriculum based on the school’s performance standards.

Each teacher heads an advisory that meets everyday and takes as much planning as a traditional class.

Teachers are responsible for administrative tasks beyond teaching ie: planning school events, assisting in admissions, etc.
